Mrs Shankuntala was Chemistry teacher of our batch i.e Pure Science Section and biology section. She used to teach us Inorganic and Organic chemistry. The Formulas, how to write them, how to see tables, how to calculate log from log book. She also accompanied us at Practicals where we worked with the chemicals.

Wearing a Appron was compulsory if you want to attend her practicals or forget. She was also a good mentor. She took a lot of extra classes so that we all could understand her subject better. It usually landed on weekends i.e Saturdays and Sundays.

I can say one thing she was clear on what she was teaching and she cleared the doubts again and again until it went up to her nerves.

A lovable personality with a sweet smile and creative nature.
